Altrincham

Location: LOT54, Altrincham, Greater Manchester

Hours: FULL TIME Tuesday - Saturday

Salary: Competitive Salary

beautiful interiors that bring joy into people’s homes. With a strong online
presence and a loyal customer base, we’re thrilled to be opening LOT54 – our
brand-new concept store in Altrincham. More than just a shop, LOT54 is a
treasure trove for interiors lovers, offering a carefully considered and
accessibly priced edit of furniture lighting, tableware and framed prints
alongside vintage finds, customer returns and repaired seconds. Reflecting our
passion for sustainability, the store also features a dedicated repair area
where pre-loved pieces, customer returns, and seconds are restored and
resold—supporting circular living and encouraging a "repair, not
replace" approach. Alongside unique one-off pieces, LOT54 also showcases
Rose & Grey’s bestsellers and includes a dedicated outlet section for
discounted designs.

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, design-savvy and
personable to help us create a great customer experience in our new space.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be involved in both the front-of-house customer
experience and the smooth-running of day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
Your role will include:

In-Store & Customer-Facing:

·        
Welcoming customers to LOT54 and delivering
exceptional, personalised service

·        
Offering interior styling advice and product
recommendations

·        
Dealing efficiently and in a friendly manner
with customer enquiries both in-store and online

·        
Processing orders and assisting with refunds,
exchanges or cancellations

·        
Maintaining beautiful product displays and
overall store presentation

·        
Supporting in-store events and workshops

·        
Using our point-of-sale system to process
transactions

Admin & Stock Support:

·        
Uploading and managing product listings on our Rose
& Grey Shopify website

·        
Scheduling deliveries of instore furniture
orders, entering data into Excel manifests and coordinating with couriers and
suppliers

·        
Contacting customers to arrange deliveries and
resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process

·        
Assisting with inventory management, stock
intake and general operational support

Social Media:

·        
Helping manage the LOT54 Instagram account –
sharing behind-the-scenes content, styling inspiration, and engaging with our
local community online

·        
Contributing creative ideas for content and
helping to grow our local audience

Who You Are

·        
Friendly, approachable and confident in
customer-facing roles

·        
Highly organised, with strong attention to
detail

·        
Comfortable using spreadsheets, stock systems,
and databases (experience with Excel and Shopify is a bonus)

·        
Passionate about interiors, design, and creating
beautiful spaces

·        
Self-motivated and happy to pitch in as part of
a small team

·        
Calm under pressure and a confident communicator

·        
Previous retail or e-commerce experience is a
plus, but not essential – we value the right mindset and enthusiasm
