Our Penny sofa is handmade in the north of England by a team of artisan makers in a factory with over 50 years of heritage. A wooden frame, hardwood legs and feather-filled seat cushions combine to create a comfy sofa that’s made to last.

The texture of the fabric has been prioritised, ahead of using any stain guarding – but as long as spillages are dealt with quickly, your velvet sofa will stand the test of time. The thick pile is super soft and ages with charm and character much like a vintage leather sofa might. If stains do occur it can be professionally dry cleaned.
