More about your delivery...
Your order will be delivered with our two-man courier
Our courier will be in direct contact with you to book a mutually convenient date for delivery and you’ll receive a 4 hour time slot prior to the delivery.
We are now offering our room of choice service again, although you’ll still be offered an external delivery if you prefer. Where room of choice delivery is requested our crews will carry out a preliminary walk-through to establish whether it is safe to do so without unpacking items. Should they deem it unsafe or there is a risk of damage to item or property they will offer to leave in an alternative location or may need to return the item for subsequent rescheduling once normal service can be resumed.
Our crews will wear protective face masks and carry hand sanitiser / antibacterial wipes as additional hygiene measures when entering / exiting customers’ homes. Customers will not be required to sign handheld devices – instead we will take a photograph of items at point of delivery so we can maintain contactless deliveries
To help keep our team and customers safe, we are not currently offering any unpacking or removal of packaging at this time.
Additional fees apply for delivery to the Highlands. Currently this item is not available for delivery outside Mainland UK, including the Islands
