Returns Information

We hope you are delighted with your order but we do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item.

We offer a seven day money back guarantee provided the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as the customer received it. For small items the customer is required to organise returns themselves, for larger items such as armoires and sofas Rose & Grey will organise collection. Please note any / all costs incurred through shipping are strictly non-refundable and that the customer bears all return shipping costs. Please note, this is approximately £60 for a set of drawers and £75 for a 3 seater sofa, call us on 0161 926 8763 if you would like to know any exact return costs before making your purchase.

The seven day money back guarantee commences from the time the customer or the customer's representative receives and signs for the goods. Refunds are not offered after the seven day period expires.

How to return

Please use the returns form enclosed in your parcel. If the item was delivered by Royal Mail then you can post it back to us, we would recommend you get a proof of postage from the post office when you do this.

If your item was delivered by parcel courier then call us to arrange collection, on 0161 926 8763

For furniture, please call us on 0161 341 0454 and we will organise for the courier to collect from you.

Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery. If an item is received in a damaged condition the customer mustᅠnotify Rose & Grey immediately. A replacement will be provided free of charge. If the customer signs for the goods and adds a note that they have not been checked, this is done at the customer's risk - the goods will be deemed to have been accepted in good condition, as it cannot be shown that any damage was caused before delivery of the goods.

Please note that, for our painted products such as the armoires, any variation in the paintwork is entirely intentional.

Made to order items:

If you need to amend or cancel your made to order, Upholstery or Furniture order you may only do so up to 48 hours after you have placed your order by contacting us on 0161 341 0454. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge you for costs incurred as a result of your amended or cancelled order. This charge can be up to 50% of the value of the products cancelled or amended.
