Spring has well and truly arrived, garden socialising is back on the cards and our new Outdoor collection is launching today – three perfect reasons why it’s time to swot up on your summer cocktail recipes.
When the sun is shining and you have a welcoming garden to invite guests into, there’s nothing better than serving up a refreshing cocktail. We’ve shared three of our favourite recipes for the summer months below – including one which can be made virgin or boozy, dependent on your preference.
Get out your best cocktail glasses, stock up on ice and set up a home bar in your garden.

Negroni
Ingredients:
25ml dry gin
25ml vermouth
25ml Campari
Ice
Slice of orange to garnish
Recipe:
Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until the glass feels cold.
Strain into a drinking glass filled with large ice cubes.
Garnish with orange peel or an orange slice.

Peach Cooler
Ingredients:
Juice of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 limes
Slice of lemon or lime
Third of a jug – peach nectar or peach juice
Third of a jug – cloudy lemondade
Third of a jug – sparkling water
Splash of peach schnapps (optional)
Ice cubes
Recipe:
Add the juice of two lemons and two limes to a large jug.
Add a handful of ice cubes.
Fill up one third of the jug with peach nectar or peach juice.
Top the jug up to two-thirds with cloudy lemondade.
Fill the jug with sparkling water.
Add a dash of peach schnapps (optional).
Garnish with slices of lemon and/or lime.

El Pepino
Ingredients:
30ml tequila
8ml agave nectar (optional)
24ml lime juice
15ml pineapple juice
15ml cointreau
Basil leaf and lime wedge to garnish
Recipe:
Add all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice.
Stir until mixed.
Garnish with a basil leaf and lime wedge.
