Delivery Information
You can order by clicking to buy on our secure site or by calling us on 0560 311 3405. (sometimes we can be out and about looking for new products so if you get our answerphone please leave a message and well call you back).
When you place your order we will contact you within 24 hours by email to notify you that we have received it and give you an approximate delivery date. For furniture orders we will notify you again nearer the time of dispatch to confirm the exact date and approximate time. If the item is not in stock then we will let you know when it will be so that you have the opportunity to choose between cancelling your order or waiting for it.
Providing all items are in stock, we will ship your order to you straight away usually between 2-5 working days.ﾠ For furniture items, we aim to deliver within 3-4 weeks. This can be longer if the item is out of stock. The delivery turnaround time will be stated on the product page.

Products under 750g - Will be sent with Royal Mail first class post
Products 750g - 5kg - Will be sent with Royal Mail tracked post
Products over 5kg - Will be sent with City Link Parcel Courier
Heavy Items - Will be sent on a pallet - you will be called to arrange a delivery time
Very Heavy Items (i.e sofas / armchairs) will be delivered by courier who will call you approximately 10 days after you place your order to arrange a delivery time
It is your responsibility to check that the items that you have ordered will fit into your home prior to delivery. Please allow for the fact that, as most of our furniture is hand made, the dimensions specified on the site can vary by 1-2cm. If your item is large then check that it can pass freely through doors and corridors and have space to turn.
Please note, our furniture arrives boxed. It is the customers responsibility to dispose of any rubbish including the box. If you would like the courier to do this on your behalf there will be a ﾣ10 charge.
Accepting your delivery
Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted from the courier signed or not signed for no responsibility can be taken by Rose & Grey for any loss or damage whatsoever. In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and call us for a replacement.ﾠﾠ NB: All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.
